Throughout my 30+ year career in Sales and Sales Leadership, I have always derived the most pride and pleasure from being a Teacher of Sales. I learned the world of sales from the ground up: first as a sales professional, then a Sales Manager, and then as the Sales Vice President at Xerox Corp—an organization that, to this day, is regarded as the benchmark company for sales excellence. Having led very large sales operations for Xerox in both Canada and in the US, I have learned that there is no substitute for Inspiration. Sales leadership is not about "teaching them to fish" but rather inspiring them to "want to fish".

I receive enormous satisfaction in knowing that JTX is making a positive difference in the lives of the brave individuals who have chosen sales as their profession: the most misunderstood and stigmatized business field in the world. Since 2010, we have successfully coached, trained and—most importantly—inspired thousands of sales professionals to new heights—in all markets and in every size of company.

In 2010, following a long and successful career at Xerox Canada, I co-founded JTX with focus on helping companies achieve superior sales and business results. I was fortunate to have had the opportunity of developing a great success-driven sales and leadership “tool bag”, thanks to almost three decades in senior leadership roles across multiple disciplines—including sales and sales leadership, sales development and training, marketing, customer relationship management, business operations, outsourced services, human resources, business transformation, finance, supply chain, and sustainability.

My experience, results-focused insights, and change management skills have helped numerous companies achieve cultural change and remarkable sales and business performance improvement. One of my most significant realizations from my years spent working with and coaching senior executives, sales leaders, sales professionals and sales teams, is that although many people want to be great at what they do, they don’t always know what to do to be great. That’s what drives me – a passion for creating that journey to sales excellence that so many individuals and companies are so desperately wanting to undertake.

I have an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, a BA in Business and French from the University of Toronto, and am a graduate of the Queens’ Executive Program. I am also Lean Six Sigma certified, a Certified Master Business Coach, a member of the Canadian Sales Professionals Association, and a Certified Partner with Objective Management Group, Management Research Group, and Dynamix Personal Performance Instruments.
